Panna Vaidya

Panna comes from a traditional lineage of Ayurvedic Doctors and is a full qualified UK Ayurvedic Practitioner receiving both her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Ayurvedic Medicine at Middlesex University, London. Whilst completing her degrees Panna conducted research into the effects of combining traditional ayurvedic herbs with conventional medicine, for which she was recognised.

Panna has set up and leads a Wellbeing department within a hospice setting. She works closely alongside the NHS and regularly lectures heath professionals and medical students on holistic healthcare. Her most recent achievement was being accepted at the Royal Marsden Hospital (London) to complete a specialised training allowing her to qualify as a Medical Lymphatic Drainage Therapist.

Panna is also an experienced Massage Practitioner, Reflexologist and Aromatherapist. She is currently involved with research into the effects of essential oils and the respiratory system.
