This course will teach the biomedical aspects of cancer, the comorbidities of cancer, different allopathic treatments of the cancer patient and how Complementary Therapies can support this process.
You will learn how to adapt your Complementary Therapy to help support the patient suffering with cancer through the various stages of their treatment.
Emergency First Aid at Work – for the Complementary Medicine Practitioner
What would you do if your client suffered a medical emergency during a treatment ?
Employers, clinics and local councils are increasingly requiring Complementary Medicine Practitioners to hold a valid HSE compliant First Aid qualification in order to work at their premises.
Completing the course will give you a recognised first aid qualification which is compliant with HSE First Aid at Work Regulations (1981) allowing you to carry out first aid in the workplace and providing relevant certification and documentation.
Please note that due to the nature of this Course there will be a maximum of 12 students per teacher.
