You will be taught how to work at a deeper level utilising the Thumbs Free approach and to adapt pressure to different clients and their needs. You will also discover how to reduce the stresses and strains on your body when performing a Reflexology treatment.
Thumb Free Reflexology and Thai Reflexology techniques can be easily integrated into your own particular Reflexology routine. Undertaking this will help you to maintain your career as Reflexologist and help save your thumbs, hands and wrists!
Although many Complementary Medicine practitioners spend a great helping their clients with work related pains, due to the repetative and physical nature of their work Complementary Medicine practitioners can also be predisposed to musculoskeletal injuries.
Thumb Free Reflexology and Thai reflexology techniques, can significantly reduce the amount of strain placed on the thumbs without detracting from the Reflexology treatment. In fact many clients comment on how good the techniques feel and come back asking specifically for the Hands Free Techniques!
