aromatherapy courses londonFor many of us Summer is a time that we look forward to. However, for some it brings its own misery in the form of a runny nose, sore itchy eyes and sneezing.

Hay fever is a common allergic condition and affects up to one in five people at some point in their life.

For Aromatherapy Awareness Week, the following has been suggested as a blend to try to help reduce the symptoms of hayfever.

Into a bowl of steamy water drop:

  • Roman Chamomile (Anthemis nobilis) 1 drop,
  • Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus) 1 drop, and
  • Bay Laurel (Laurus nobilis) 1 drop,

Inhale for 7 minutes twice a day.

Repeat for three days and see if you notice a difference.
