Although there will be a brief review of anatomy and physiology this Course is of a highly practical nature the majority of the day will be spent on identifying reflexes and looking at a variety of techniques for effectively locating and working reflexes of the nervous system (particularly the location of the spinal column and spinal nerves) and all the endocrine glands. Deeper working techniques will be explored in addition to more gentle, balancing ones providing the practitioner with effective treatment tools that can be applied to a variety of different clients.

Emergency First Aid at Work – for the Complementary Medicine Practitioner

What would you do if your client suffered a medical emergency during a treatment ? Employers, clinics and local councils are increasingly requiring Complementary Medicine Practitioners to hold a valid HSE compliant First Aid qualification in order to work at their premises. Completing the course will give you a recognised first aid qualification which is compliant with HSE First Aid at Work Regulations (1981) allowing you to carry out first aid in the workplace and providing relevant certification and documentation. Please note that due to the nature of this Course there will be a maximum of 12 students per teacher.
